Website is easy to navigate, Received both games I ordered in a timely fashion. Both looked like they were brand new. Highly recomended store. Will definately do business with them in the future.

I've ordered from VGD many times. Only had a problem once. I ordered Crusader: No Remorse for the Saturn, it showed up in shrink rap, with mint instruction manual, and even had all those little cardboard slips that seem to come with games ("subscribe to this magazine" "buy this strategy guide" etc)... however the game itself was missing. Called them up, and they fixed the problem right away (offered me a refund, which I asked to just have taken off of the price of my next order)

VGD is a really good place to order from for imports. That got alot of games on various systems even hard to find games. The website is very well designed. Shipping is quick and nicely packaged.

video game depot is a very good store with fast shipping and quality prices simply great which mostly made this a happy shopping experience i did have the problem that they didnt send me a confrimation email so i didnt know if my items had shipped or not i called them to get the info my games were delivered in 3 days after the order so its all good i guess
