Don't buy from Upstate games, I ordered 2 wonderswan accessories from them 22/12/03 and I paid with my credit card immediately.
After 2 weeks of waiting, I emailed them but got no replies, I emailed them again after another week, still no replies...
I went to their website and found a link to another company calle 2Checkout.com, which apparently charged my credit card for Upstate games, I filed a ticket on their website and finally some one replied my email... after a while I got a refund but with no word on why my items didn't arrive...

I ordered a GP32 from them and did the usual emails with no message like everyone else. My buzzword was "FTC" before they gave me a response. Eventually had to get my credit card company on them. Did some research, it's a one-man operation with basically nothing in stock. He will order stuff that you order and you will get it after he does.

I ordered a black king of fighters gba special package for my birthday and paid the extra 10 bucks for 3 day delivery. I made sure to print out the reciept and keep a file for just in case. After a week i emailed them and never got any response and then two weeks later they bill me but i never got my package but then its taken off, this continued the next month but stayed and i called me credit card company and told them whats going on. They told me to fax them the reciept and did an investigation. Afterwards they gave me back my money which i used to order the damn gba from buyrite. (this is my reference to my buy-rite review)

Upstate Games sure does like to play games. I ordered some Game Boy Color items on the website, and they just didn't ship them. I emailed them at least 4 times. The 4th time I mentioned the word "sued" in it and that got their attention. What got me is that the packaging that they sent me was a used box that was flipped inside-out with someone elses name and address on the inside. These guys are just as bad as Buy-Rite, I do not recommend them at all.
