I ordered from this company about a month ago. The order cam in great time and fashion. They even gave me a coupon for another puchase. They have great customer support and even better than, that they have some great online deals. This is the only import store i have on my favs list because they're legit.

Good store on the outside, good items and fast delivery. But in case your items get lost on the way, say bye-bye to your money. It happened with my last order. I asked them if they could do anything about it 5 times (FIVE TIMES!!!) by email and got ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY. Not after DAYS. They just ignore any and all mails concerning this. If you want to take the risk, go ahead .. if the stuff manages to get to your place - no problem. If it gets lost on the way - you won't get ANYTHING back. I personaly won't take the risk again.

At first probably like you are now i was worried as i had never imported anything before well not from hong kong, i was especially worried when they asked for a scan of identity- passport etc. but i contacted my back and they told me that international regulations said it was necessary to defeat credit card fraud i went ahead with the transaction and got the product- a sony psp - shame about the £40 payment to customs in the UK when it got here though - but well worth it!
