OK, lets just get the bad issues out of the way first:
-My item was in a "pending" state befor shipping for over 2 weeks. When I asked about it, they just said "It'll be shipping today with freebies". Great, fine, but that didn't answer my question.
-It didn't actually ship till one week after that...
-It took 14 days (as opposed to the 4-10 stated on the site) to finally reach me after shipping.
All that said, the freebie was great (Easily the value of the original item), so hats off to their client-sat. people. Pricing was more than fair. Item was in better condition in my eyes than I'd originally derived from their site description (details, details!) All in all, a great shop.

When I first ordered,my credit card declined because my card issuing bank is not based in the US , and I was given instructions on what to do, This was cleared up in less than a
day, and my order shipped. I got it in a few days.
I have been ordering games over the last few months with no problems. The description of the product are very accurate and the SNK merchandise(posters, music and figures) is a nice addition as well
The prices are reasonable, always a good variety of games,
My only issue(not a complaint, only a suggestion!!) It would be nice if there were more US AES titles in stock!!!
